Stirling Castle Section

Places of Interest Competition 2017

(Open to Section Members/Section Regular Visitors)

The competition is sponsored by section member , Ronnie Hamilton. Every year Ronnie donates a shield for the winner. The idea is to get section members out and about on their bikes with a purpose in mind.

__________

The rules are simple, and based on trust. No need for photos!

1) From the list of places below, plan your route for the day in any order.

2) The aim is to visit as many  checkpoints as you can in a day and gain points in doing so.

3) The winner is the rider with the most points before the section meeting on 9th October 2017.

4) For example, if you cover 3 checkpoints in a day –

1st Check Point = 1 point

2nd Check Point = 2 points

3rd Check Point = 3 points

Therefore on that day you would score 1+2+3=6 points

5) Add your days up and submit the results on 9th October.

Thanks to Peter Oram for planning this year’s points.
